City of Carrollton
Over the course of a decade, Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) will add three new light rail stops in Carrrollton, Texas, making this historic downtown area the fourth-largest transit hub in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. With these major infrastructure improvements underway, the City of Carrollton is building transit-oriented development (TOD) communities around each light rail stop, but needs to attract both world-class developers and new residents in order for these real estate projects to succeed.
