Born and bred on the Jersey Shore, Nora feels just as much at home eating tapas in Spain or watching ‘futbol’ at the ‘La Bombonera’ in Argentina, as she does lounging at the beach in her hometown. Now residing in New York City, she loves living in a global epicenter that boasts an eclectic mix of cultures (especially the Latin contingent!), hosting international friends from her previous travels, and traveling to the far-flung corners of the world.

Surprising Facts about Nora

One. Two. Three. JUMP!
Nora loves the thrill of heights. She’s been known to jump off anything she’s “pretty sure” won’t kill her. She loves cliff diving, bridge jumping, roller coasters, sky swinging and paragliding. She is looking forward to sky diving, bungee jumping and her first hot air balloon ride.

Disney-ed out
Growing up, Nora’s grandmother lived in Kissimmee, Florida and she has had the full Disneyworld experience more than 15 times. When she travels the world, she can invariably link it back to an experience she’s had at Disneyworld. She hopes to never ever return until she has children of her own.

The life (saver) of the party
While working as a waitress in college, Nora was passing hors d’oeuvres at a cocktail party when one of the guests began choking on the piece of food. While everyone else froze, Nora’s head filled with visions of her high school health class and she dropped her tray to perform her first Heimlich maneuver. She successfully saved the woman’s life, picked up her tray, and kept on serving.
